The Administrative Support III - Registration position reports to the Team Lead and Supervisor, RSPI Southwest Zone. Under general supervision, this role performs a variety of administrative duties related to patient registration and admission services. Medical Terminology and keyboarding proficiency are essential; testing will be administered for both. Knowledge of legislation governing the access, privacy, and disclosure of patient information is required. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, supported by robust communication and interpersonal skills. Proven attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor while managing stressful situations with empathy, sensitivity, courtesy, and tact. Able to prioritize workload, adapt to frequent interruptions, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be available to work all shifts based on operational requirements.
