The Health Care Aide (HCA) position at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is an in-person role based in Winnipeg. You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide direct patient care, and support independence within established standards of care and organizational policies.
Successful completion of a Health Care Aide course is required, with preference for those who have experience with physically or cognitively impaired individuals.
