Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals for residents, guests, and staff
• Review menus and ensure attractive meal presentation
• Complete temperature audits and record findings
• Prepare specialty diets according to planned menus
• Participate in planning special occasion meals
Requirements:
• Food Handler's Certificate mandatory
• Red Seal Certificate preferred
• Experience in large quantity food preparation
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and food regulations
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long hours
