• Lead structural sizing and systems integration from conception • Perform trade studies for primary and secondary structures • Develop and enhance Dominion Dynamics' stress tool library • Participate in design reviews and improve engineering processes • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for manufacturability and compliance

Requirements: • Over 10 years of aerospace structural stress experience • Proficient in simulation tools like ANSYS and CAD systems • Strong background in metallic and composite materials • Coding skills in Python for engineering tools • Comfort in building processes within a developing organization
