To be successful in this role, candidates must be able to demonstrate their commitment to providing exceptional customer/client service, attention to detail and a willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges as they arise.Responsibilities includeExercise, expire, accelerate and extend warrants and optionsMonitor, record and value escrowed sharesConvert private to free trading sharesProcess name changes and breakdowns of units and splitsProcess mandatory, voluntary offers and conversions as requiredGenerate maturity reports and monitor CDS/DTC bulletins to ensure Investment Advisors receive accurate,



timely informationAdminister voting proxies and claim solicitation feesProxy mailingOther general administrative duties as requiredEducation & QualificationsExperience with Dataphile Broadridge, CDS and DTC applications is a definite asset3 to 5 years of experience in the financial industry preferredProficiency with all Microsoft Office applicationsSkills & Key AttributesStrong ability to prioritize job responsibilities and manage high volumes of transactions effectivelyPossesses a solid understanding of the subject matter and can work independently on most tasks within their functionGained practical experience through previous rolesExcellent organizational and time-management skillsGood analytical skills with strong attention to detailFlexible personality to take on recent challenges as they ariseComplete tasks with minimal direction/supervisionActs as a mentor to junior team members, guiding them on best practicesWhy HaywoodHaywood understands that its greatest strength lies in our skilled and dedicated employees.
