We are looking for an experienced Billing Specialist to join our client's team in Brampton, ON.

Salary: $50,000/year

Shift: 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to customers, advising customers of shipment status and obtaining information.
- Communicate with shippers/carriers to obtain shipment information, negotiate rates, and arrange pickup and delivery of orders.
- Update shipment events and enter billing information in the system.
- Generate and retrieve invoices for accounting.
- Audit files and carrier invoices.
- Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in Group Freight operations (minimum 2 years).
- Strong knowledge of Ground Freight billing requirements.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent customer service skills.




- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- High attention to detail.
- Solid ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
