Key Responsibilities:
• Support ALS clients with personal care needs
• Assist with daily living activities including grooming




• Prepare meals and remind clients to take medication
• Perform light housekeeping and accompany clients
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members

Requirements:
• Personal Support Worker certificate from Ontario
• Previous caregiving experience is an asset
• Reliable transportation to client locations
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Proof of immunization as required
