In this full time permanent role, the Executive Assistant supports the Vice Presidents of People & Transformation and Finance & Administration. The position involves extensive organization, multitasking, and managing sensitive information, ensuring smooth operations within their offices. You will prepare reports, coordinate materials, and assist with special projects, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and flexibility in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars and prioritize meetings for the VPs
• Prepare and coordinate correspondence, reports,
and presentations
• Create agendas and take minutes for key meetings
• Liaise with stakeholders for event coordination
• Provide general administrative support for daily operations
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business or related field
• 3 years of administrative experience
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to handle confidential information
