As part of our Banking client’s operations, this Analyst role is focused on essential IT process management within Business as Usual (BAU) activities. You will coordinate change management processes, serve as an expert on IT service management tools, and review change requests for compliance. Your contributions will enhance operational efficiency and support critical metrics reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily Change Management processes
• Serve as a subject matter expert for ITSM tools
• Chair Technology Change Management meetings
• Review Change requests for compliance and completeness
• Document and enforce ITSM policies and procedures

Requirements:
• IT Technical Support experience required
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and MS Office
• ITIL V certification mandatory
• Experience in Enterprise Operations workplace
• Asset management experience needed
