In this hands-on role, you'll report to the Associate Director, IT, and tackle challenges in configuring, maintaining, and deploying systems with an emphasis on security. Your problem-solving skills will shine as you address manual processes through automation, enabling scalable IT solutions. Strong partnerships with business stakeholders are essential in translating technical requirements into effective implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer IT software like Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
• Configure identity and access for third-party services




• Automate manual processes using APIs
• Research and implement IT initiatives and tooling migrations
• Provide Tier 2 support for various business requests

Requirements:
• 3+ years' experience in IT infrastructure or support
• University degree or comparable work experience
• Knowledge of SSO, VPNs, and MFA
• Working experience with APIs and automation tools
• Familiarity with JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and Salesforce
