posters re-sizing, and other)Creating expense reports for the ExecsOccasionally screening films for internal feedbackCreating the monthly newsletterSupporting the digital upload process for VOD platforms including Amazon by filling out the basic title information and tracking submission statusTracking channel ratings for key clients (TF1, C5)Being the main point of contact between the London sales team and the licensing/delivery/marketing team in MontrealWho You Are:First-class organization skills – able to prioritize tasks and meetings accordinglyExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, pivot knowledge is a plusExcellent command of the English language both written and orallyStrong communication and presentation skills -an ability to deal with people at all levels and a can-do attitudeProactive, forward-thinking mind-setTV/Media rights knowledge preferableKnowledge of different languages a plusExperience with graphic design tools a plusThe candidate will be trained to use internal software: Asana and Filmtrack, basic AI training will be provided.
