PolicyMe is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to help us build the future of insurance in Canada and beyond. This remote-first, Canada-wide role reports to the VP of Growth and offers a path from senior IC to product owner within 12–18 months.
You will own cross-functional projects, test market ideas with pilots, and lead planning cycles with founders and line leads, shaping pricing, distribution, and product strategy across the business.
