Health Sciences North seeks an experienced Disability Management Specialist to ensure WSIB compliance and minimize lost time from work-related injuries. You will support attendance, coordinate complex return-to-work plans, and collaborate with third-party providers to implement accommodations and appropriate job modifications.
The role requires knowledge of WSIA/OHRC, two years of relevant experience, and qualified certifications in disability management.
