At goeasy, you will be integral to developing and improving our Operational Resilience Program. Collaborating with business leaders, technology teams, and external providers, you will coordinate assessments and ensure recovery plans remain effective. This role combines robust analytical skills with modern data platforms to promote organizational preparedness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support business continuity through impact assessments and planning
• Coordinate testing exercises and track remediation activities
• Monitor resilience risks and ensure oversight and reporting




• Collaborate with teams to enhance recovery preparedness
• Manage documentation related to disaster recovery planning

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Business, Risk Management, or related field
• 2-5 years in business continuity or operational resilience
• Knowledge of disaster recovery and risk management principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Power BI, and automation tools
• Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders
