This role combines customer service, order management, account growth, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.What You'll DoManage customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, and other communication channelsResearch engineering records, drawings, bills of material, and manufacturing documentation to identify parts, determine costs, and establish pricingProcess customer orders, confirm pricing and delivery timelines, and monitor orders through fulfillmentReview inventory levels, pricing, sales activity, and profit margins to support business decisionsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships while proactively identifying customer needsIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer history, usage patterns, and product lifecycleConduct customer account reviews and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and uncover future opportunitiesCollaborate with Engineering, Logistics, Finance, Service,
