Make a difference in children's lives as a Part-Time School Age Leader at Manoah YMCA in Richmond, BC. This role focuses on creating engaging, inclusive programs for children aged 5-12.

In this permanent part-time position, you will work Monday to Friday, supporting before and after school programming while designing activities that promote learning and wellness. Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure a secure and nurturing environment for every child, providing individualized care and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver age-appropriate programming for children 5-12
- Lead indoor and outdoor activities fostering learning and inclusion
- Supervise and mentor new staff and volunteers
- Build relationships with children, families, and community partners
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in program spaces

Requirements:

- Experience with children ages 5-12 is essential
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Child Development training required
- Emergency First Aid & CPR certification needed
- Willing to complete a Criminal Record Check
