Innomar Strategies in Canada is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to support patient and provider programs across home and clinic settings. You will administer IV/IM/SC therapies, monitor infusions, educate patients, report adverse events, and coordinate with case managers, physicians, and nursing teams.

The role requires provincial licensure, CPR, and acute care experience; ACLS/PALS are assets. Travel within designated IBUs may be required; a valid driver’s license is needed.
