Shape the future of data at Extendicare as our Lead Data Product Manager. In this hybrid role, you'll create AI-ready data products that drive analytics across our organization.

Reporting to the Chief Data, Analytics & Knowledge Officer, you will lead the development of a portfolio of trusted data products while ensuring data governance principles are met. With a focus on people and workforce data, you'll apply hands-on analytics to maintain data quality and oversee a small, dynamic team.

Your cross-functional leadership will be key to establishing transparent standards and tools within our data governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and build priority data products for analytics use
- Validate and monitor data quality pipelines actively




- Lead a cross-functional data governance group
- Partner with Analytics & AI team for data readiness
- Develop a small team focused on data engineering tasks

Requirements:

- 5–10 years in data management or analytics roles
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; advanced degree preferred
- Strong SQL skills for data profiling and validation
- Proven experience in leading high-performance teams
- Excellent communication skills for non-technical audiences
