This role offers a uniform allowance, PDC reimbursement, free parking, extended health benefits, and RRSP matching!Your Role:Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures, ensuring a clean and secure environmentAssist dentists and hygienists during treatments, maintaining patient comfort and workflowTake dental X-rays and digital images as requiredPerform instrument sterilization and infection control following IPAC standardsUpdate patient charts and provide education on oral hygiene and post-treatment careSupport scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasksCollaborate with the dental team to deliver efficient, high-quality careFollow all privacy, safety, and regulatory guidelinesEstablish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviourAbout You:Registered and/or Certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association is requiredPrevious dental assisting experience is preferredCandidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.We are committed to building a workforce that reflects the diversity of the communities and patients we serve.Applicants who require accommodation during the application or hiring process are encouraged to contact our Recruitment Team; all requests will be reviewed and addressed on a case-by-case basis.
