The pharmacist will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in a multidisciplinary setting, handling order processing, dispensing and formulation, and providing patient education and counseling.Reporting to the Manager of Oncology Pharmacy, this position requires Ontario licensure, oncology experience, and strong communication.
