- Support one-off projects and campaigns that fall outside regular operational capacity
- Assist with broker communications, product information requests, and general inquiries

- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
- Participate in team meetings and learning opportunities
- Support marketing, communications, or analytical tasks related to life, health, and wealth product lines
- Other duties as assigned based on seasonal and business requirements
