Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 310S Technician / 2-Year Apprentice to join our dynamic automotive service team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about vehicle repair and maintenance to develop their skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a 310S Technician Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced mechanics to learn the trade, perform repairs, and ensure vehicles meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Assist senior technicians with diagnosing and repairing various vehicle systems using hand tools, power tools, and schematics.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements.
- Use mechanical knowledge to assemble parts and components accurately according to specifications.
- Conduct heavy lifting of vehicle parts and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols.
- Support welding tasks when required, ensuring proper technique and safety standards are maintained.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to facilitate repairs and assembly processes.
- Maintain a clean,



organized workspace and ensure all tools are properly stored after use.

Experience

- Dealership experience or previous automotive repair exposure is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome eager learners ready to grow their skills.
- Basic mechanical knowledge with an understanding of automotive systems is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and welding techniques is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repair tasks.
- Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about repairs and maintenance needs.
- Familiarity with schematics, assembly procedures, and maintenance routines enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
- Prior mechanic experience or technical training related to automotive repair will support your development as a skilled technician.
