We are seeking a skilled and motivated 310s Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy-duty equipment and vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Responsibilities

- Perform detailed inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy-duty vehicles and equipment using schematics and technical manuals
- Conduct welding repairs as needed to restore structural integrity or modify components
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to disassemble, assemble, and repair mechanical systems
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance activities in logs or digital systems
- Assist with routine maintenance tasks such as fluid changes, brake replacements, and tire rotations to prevent future issues
- Lift heavy components safely during repairs or assembly processes using proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues

Skills





- Proven mechanic experience with a focus on heavy equipment or automotive repair
- Dealership experience is highly desirable for familiarity with manufacturer standards and procedures
- Strong mechanical knowledge across various systems including engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical components
- Skilled in welding techniques for structural repairs or modifications
- Proficient with schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment in fast-paced environments
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients when needed
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during repairs
