You will work closely with universities such as UBC Okanagan and various organizations to build strategic relationships that bridge academic expertise with industry needs. Your proactive approach will help identify opportunities that contribute to the region's economic development. Key Responsibilities:

- Foster collaboration with academia and community organizations
- Identify and connect partnership opportunities with expertise
- Provide guidance on Mitacs programs and project requirements




- Engage in networking and outreach to secure partnerships
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of regional priorities

Requirements:

- Advanced degree or relevant experience in innovation and partnerships
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Ability to travel within the region
- Familiarity with funding and application processes
