Position Overview:

As a Commercial Account Manager, you will look after the day to day insurance needs of our existing clients. This includes renewals, certificates, endorsements, policy changes, transactions, and reviewing documents for accuracy. You will work closely with clients, insurers, and the commercial team to keep files moving and make sure clients receive timely, reliable service.

What you’ll do here:

- Manage policy renewals, remarketing, endorsements, certificates, and other client-requested changes
- Maintain complete and up to date client files in Epic and Policy Works
- Review policy documents, request insurer corrections, and forward finalized documents to clients
- Advocate for clients with underwriters and adjusters
- Support team needs to ensure smooth workflows and communication

What You Will Bring to the Role:

- Level 1 Alberta General Insurance License,



with a commitment to actively work toward Level 2
- Minimum 2 years of insurance experience
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support shared files and assist teammates when needed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Working knowledge of Applied Epic (preferred)
- RIBO License is considered an asse
