Account Supervisor

Markham, ON | Hybrid, 2 days/week in office

1-Year Contract | $90K–$100K

We’re recruiting for an experienced Account Supervisor to lead client relationships and fully integrated marketing programs for a well-established independent advertising agency in Markham. This is a hands-on account leadership role for someone who can think strategically, confidently lead clients and guide complex integrated work from brief through production and delivery.

You’ll be a key day-to-day client lead, working closely with Strategy, Creative, Media and Production. We’re looking for someone who can read the room, ask the right questions, anticipate challenges and provide thoughtful counsel — someone equally comfortable leading a client presentation, navigating a difficult conversation or guiding an integrated campaign through production.

What you’ll bring

- 5+ years of agency account management experience, ideally at Account Supervisor level or equivalent

- Strong strategic instincts and the ability to act as a trusted client advisor

- Confidence leading client meetings, presentations and senior stakeholder conversations

- Experience leading the development and production of fully integrated campaigns across broadcast, digital, social,



content and other channels

- Strong understanding of the creative and production process, from briefing and concept development through production, approvals and final delivery

- Experience working across highly matrixed environments with multiple client and internal stakeholders

- Strong financial and account management skills, including scopes, budgets, estimates and forecasting

- Excellent judgement, emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences
- A calm, proactive and solutions-oriented approach in a fast-moving environment

- Experience with government or public sector accounts is a strong asset

- Bilingual English/French is an asset, but not required
