Collaborate with stakeholders and streamline financial processes every month. EllisDon is seeking an Accountant for Asset Management with a focus on Public-Private Partnership projects.

This role involves financial management for special purpose vehicles, coordinating multiple stakeholders including lenders and legal counsel. You will manage full-cycle accounting, HST filings, and assist with cash flow projections and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with payments, receipts, and distributions for SPVs
- Prepare monthly HST filings for each special purpose vehicle




- Assist in cash flow projections and variance identification
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for partners
- Collaborate on year-end audits and special projects Requirements:
- Minimum one year of accounting experience
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software
- Robust analytical and communication skills
