Assist with the day-to-day accounting operations of the company Perform monthly bank reconciliations Assist with accounts receivable, including project invoicing, receipts, and account reconciliations Assists with posting of monthly journal entries,



coordinating with the senior accounting team Assist senior accounting team with information gathering for joint venture invoicing Assist with intercompany transactions and reconciliations between related entities Assist with project-related accounting and charge-out activities Maintain accurate and organized accounting records Support the Accounting Manager and Finance team with various accounting and administrative tasks Provide backup support to other members of the Finance & Administration team as required Perform other duties and special projects as assigned University or College degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field ~1–3 years of accounting experience;
