On-site Finance Accounting Credit Full-Time Brandt Corporate Service Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team at our Regina head office. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records. Ensure compliance with the company's purchasing and payables procedures. Match purchase orders with supplier invoices and verify accuracy. Post invoices into the payable system and preparing and compiling cheques.

Apply working knowledge of Provincial and Federal sales tax rules is considered an asset. Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role Experience working in a manufacturing environment (asset)



Familiarity with accounting software and systems Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices You will be expected to have a basic understanding of accounting principles and be proficient with Microsoft Office Solid organizational and time management skills Proficiency in verifying compliance with purchasing and payables procedures Capability to post supplier invoices into the payable system Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of Provincial and Federal sales tax rules (asset) Continuous Learning: through on-the-job training and educational opportunities.
