Elevate your career as a Regional Accountant, providing crucial financial and analytical support in a regional real estate portfolio. Our client is hiring a Regional Accountant, reporting to the Manager of Regional Accounting.
Key responsibilities include preparing detailed financial reporting and analysis, supporting project budgets, and preparing job cost reports. You will collaborate closely with finance and real estate teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting. Prepare financial reports, including variance analysis
- Record and analyze general ledger activity
- 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience
- Post-secondary degree in finance or accounting
- Knowledge of IFRS and advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with joint venture accounting preferred Bring your expertise in real estate accounting to support our client's portfolio growth.
