The main responsibility of the Payables Accountant is to process invoices for payment in the OpenInvoice system, with reference to EnterpriseOne, including general ledger and tax coding.Verify General Ledger coding and supplier information in EnterpriseOne Validate GST, PST, HST and withholding taxes Handle supplier inquiries and account reconciliations Monitor vendor updates (legal name changes, address changes & amalgamations) Validate vendor information, purchase orders and work orders through Maximo (Asset management software solution) Project work as assigned 2+ years of related oil and gas accounting experience ~ Post-Secondary education in Accounting ~ Data processing ~ Microsoft Excel an asset ~ EnterpriseOne (E1) an asset Competitive salary, stock options, company matched stock savings plan,
