In this role, you will process invoices, reconcile vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and support strong vendor relationships. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with at least one year of Accounts Payable experience, solid data entry skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to accuracy and organization.

Process vendor invoices accurately and timely in accordance with company policies and payment terms. Process credit memos, debit memos, vendor adjustments, and invoice corrections as required. Review vendor statements and reconcile outstanding balances to ensure accounts remain current and accurate.
