Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our dynamic financial team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your expertise in accounting software and solid analysis skills will help optimize cash flow and support our overall financial health.

Ideally Red Deer, AB (Remote considered for candidates in Red Deer, Calgary, Edmonton, or surrounding areas who can attend the office when required)

Duties

- Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience managing open invoices
- Field ticket processing
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience entering and processing invoices within an accounting or ERP system
- Experience submitting invoices through customer portals/platforms

Qualifications

- Process field tickets and prepare customer invoices




- Enter sales invoices into NetSuite across multiple divisions
- Verify pricing using price books
- Remove fuel surcharges when required
- Combine tickets from the same pad/job
- Track down missing or unsigned field tickets
- Submit invoices through customer-specific billing platforms
- Maintain accurate records and ensure invoices are processed correctly and on time

Strong Assets
- NetSuite experience
- OpenInvoice experience
- Experience with other ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, Oracle, Epicor, etc.)

We're looking for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and enjoys keeping processes organized. The ideal candidate has a background in accounts receivable, understands invoice processing from start to finish, can work independently, and is comfortable learning new systems. Experience with NetSuite and OpenInvoice would be a significant advantage, while experience with other ERP platforms demonstrates transferable skills that can help someone succeed in the role. Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
