- Prepare and maintain non-residential valuation models
- Conduct assessments and inspections of diverse portfolio
- Ensure compliance with provincial property legislation
- Communicate effectively with property owners and stakeholders
- Support assessment reviews and lead special projects
Requirements:
- Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration or Urban Land Economics
- AMAA designation or equivalent
- Five years of accredited assessment experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and GIS software
