Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON. This role involves managing phone calls, greeting clients, and coordinating appointments and meetings.

The Administrative

Assistant will handle filing, data entry, document preparation, and correspondence, while supporting lawyers with scheduling and basic administrative tasks. Daily responsibilities include maintaining organized records, monitoring office supplies, and ensuring reception and common areas are orderly and professional. The role requires consistent attention to detail, confidentiality,



and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy legal office.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for organizing files, handling documentation, and managing office workflows.
- Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and external partners in a professional manner.
- Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities to support scheduling, calendar management, and coordination for legal professionals.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email and calendar tools) and basic data entry skills.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment and post-secondary education in office administration or a related field are considered assets.
