The Administration function is a vital part of the firm’s Business Enablement Services and is focused on achieving client service excellence by delivering timely, high-quality products, and encouraging an environment that increases both the staff and client experience.
The Department of Skilled Practice (DPP) is looking for an Administrative Assistant who can provide support on a range of activities to ensure high-quality deliverables. This is a 12-month contract opportunity. Provide administrative support to partners, senior managers, managers and their teams in the Audit Centre, which is a national group within the Audit Practice.
Adhere to risk management and branding compliance with National guidelines, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Coordinate, prepare, edit and/or proofread documents such as correspondence, presentations, and reports using various software. Coordinate travel arrangements.
Coordinate meetings, conference calls, video conferences, live meetings, and organize required materials. Perform regular tasks and be flexible to execute ad-hoc tasks and project work as it arises to support DPP partners and their teams’ deliverables and goals, Provide support for and work collaboratively with the DPP’s administrative team to ensure consistent, timely,
and high-quality execution of assigned tasks and project work. Likewise, people need time to devote to personal matters, and our approach to flexibility provides for this.
Advanced skills with Adobe and Microsoft products, in particular, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Co-pilot, and Teams Proficiency to quickly learn proprietary software Strong project management skills Administrative experience is an asset College diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience with an administrative assistant skill set The expected base salary range for this position is $47,000 to $71,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards.
