12-month contract | Edmonton We’re looking for an organized, service-focused Administrative Assistant to join our Disability Management Services Office (DMSO) team.

Temporary Full

Time 12-month contract | Edmonton We’re looking for an organized, service-focused Administrative Assistant to join our Disability Management Services Office (DMSO) team. In this role, you’ll provide important administrative and front-line support that helps our team deliver timely and effective service to employees and clients. You’ll respond to inquiries, process correspondence and invoices, maintain accurate information in our systems, and coordinate documents and records.

Respond to incoming inquiries through the department’s toll-free telephone line and provide professional, helpful and respectful service. Scan and upload documents into the document management system and assign tasks to the appropriate team members for follow-up. Maintain accurate employee and client information in Canada Life systems, including contact and banking information.

Provide additional administrative support based on evolving team and business needs.

Experience in administrative support, customer service, data entry or a related area is an asset. Comfort using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems and technology. Strong keyboarding and data-entry skills with a focus on accuracy.

Reliability Status Security

Clearance – this can only be completed with candidates who receive an offer of employment.
