Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant at RENÜ Psychotherapy.
The Administrative
Assistant will manage daily administrative and clerical tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and organizing digital files. This role will handle phone and email communications, respond to client inquiries, and support the coordination of virtual sessions.
The Administrative
Assistant will assist with document preparation, invoicing, and simple data entry, while ensuring confidentiality and alignment with the practice’s client-centered values. The role requires consistent,
reliable availability during core business hours and proactive collaboration with the therapeutic team.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing schedules, records, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal team members.
- Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities for supporting practice operations and prioritizing tasks.
- Candidates should have proficiency with common office software, online scheduling tools, and secure communication platforms.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Candidates should have prior experience in a mental health, healthcare, or client-facing setting; familiarity with trauma-informed or client-centered practices is an asset.
- Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in administration, psychology, or related fields is preferred.
