Prime International College of Health Care & Technology is seeking a motivated, qualified, and results-oriented Admissions Advisor to join our team in Mississauga.

In this role, you will guide prospective students from initial inquiry through enrolment while maintaining strong communication, accurate records, and an organized admissions pipeline. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with prospective students, comfortable working toward enrolment targets, and capable of managing multiple leads and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.

Reports To: Admissions Manager

Salary: $38,000 annually performance-based commissions

Responsibilities

- Manage prospective students from initial inquiry through enrolment
- Conduct professional consultations and clearly explain program options
- Build rapport with prospective students and maintain consistent communication
- Manage an active admissions pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
- Conduct outbound calls and respond promptly to incoming inquiries
- Schedule appointments and move qualified prospects through the admissions process
- Handle questions and objections professionally and confidently
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, lead statuses, reminders, and next steps
- Maintain detailed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and admissions reports
- Meet established calling, appointment, conversion, and enrolment expectations




- Maintain communication with active prospects throughout the admissions journey
- Escalate important concerns, delays, or updates to the Admissions Manager in a timely manner
- Participate in Open Houses, webinars, information sessions, and recruitment initiatives as required
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accurate documentation at all times

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Admissions, Student Recruitment, Education Sales, Enrolment, Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
- Strong pipeline management, lead conversion, follow-up, and closing skills
- Comfortable working with sales targets, KPIs, and enrolment goals
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Additional language proficiency is considered an asset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups simultaneously
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and performance tracking tools
- Proactive, accountable, professional, and receptive to coaching

Pay: $37,500.00-$45,000.00 per year
