Position: Adobe DAM Lead Engineer
Location: Canada – Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for business, marketing, and technology stakeholders.
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions, solution workshops, and roadmap discussions.
- Manage AEM DAM support and enhancement initiatives end-to-end.
- Coordinate delivery activities between onsite stakeholders and offshore engineering teams.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, and Agile delivery processes.
- Monitor platform performance, SLA compliance, and service delivery metrics.
- Lead incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), problem management, and critical issue resolution.
- Provide executive-level status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
- Mentor DAM engineers and promote engineering best practices and quality standards.
- Manage knowledge transfer, documentation, operational runbooks, and support processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across DAM operations and support services.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including deep expertise in AEM Assets/DAM.
- Strong experience in:
- Metadata modeling
- Taxonomy and tagging strategies
- Asset lifecycle management
- DAM workflows
- Agile Media / Scene7
- DAM integrations and APIs
- Hands-on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Manager, Git, Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-enabled DAM capabilities.
- Proven experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, RCA, and deployment support.
- Experience leading client discussions, stakeholder engagement, and solution design workshops.
- Strong experience managing offshore teams and Agile delivery models.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
