Evolve the MLOps platform to improve the business’ operational processes, ensuring robustness, performance, scalability, reliability, and observability.

Own end-to-end delivery of software products ranging from workflow orchestrator, APIs/services to front end UI

Work closely with data scientists and analysts to ensure AI solutions are effectively addressing business needs by leveraging high-quality data and aligning with strategic goals.





Ensure seamless integration of AI-driven solutions with existing insurance operations systems, coordinating with IT and operations teams to align on technical requirements and deployment strategies.

Stay up to date with advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, applying new techniques and methodologies to enhance the capabilities and efficiency of deployed solutions, while also contributing to the team's knowledge base.

Use CI/CD tools and agile methodology to ensure fast and reliable delivery of features and updates.

Play a Technical Leader / Mentor role for Squad members and influence the technical roadmap. Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or any combination of equivalent education and experience.

Strong in Python. Extensive experience in Angular/React is consider an asset.

Proficiency with Cloud Infrastructure (ideally AWS), containers, IaC (Terraform), CI/CD, and observability

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions;

Experience with automated testing on the backend and UI and familiarity with observability tools and practices

Good understanding of GenAI building blocks: prompting techniques, agentic frameworks, evals, guardrails,



RAG, embeddings/vectorDBs, model fine tuning, graphDB usage with LLMs, MCP, reasoning models.

Strong data engineering skills. Hands-on experience with Databricks technologies like Unity Catalog and Delta Lake is considered an asset.

Proficient in AI-assisted coding.

For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism (FR-EN) is required due to frequent collaboration with English-speaking colleagues across Canada.
