We are looking for an organized and agile-minded Project Manager Intern to help streamline our workflows and support our engineering and product teams. You will help implement Scrum methodologies and ensure our AI automation projects are delivered smoothly from sprint planning to deployment.

What You’ll Do

- Sprint Management: Assist in organizing and facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Project Tracking: Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure development and marketing initiatives stay on track.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in our product development workflows and propose efficient, scalable solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain clear,



up-to-date project documentation, task boards, and process guidelines for the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between leadership, engineering, and marketing to align project goals and sprint deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business or a related field with a focus on project management.
- Agile Mindset: Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, with a robust desire to learn and apply them in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong Organization: Exceptional time-management skills and a detail-oriented approach to tracking multiple moving parts.
- Bonus Points: Previous experience with project management tools, Scrum Master certification (CSM), or an understanding of AI software lifecycles.

Work Location & Details This is a fully remote role. You will have the flexibility to manage sprints, coordinate with our teams, and collaborate with leadership from anywhere.
