In this pivotal role, you will report to the CI Manager and lead initiatives aimed at transforming business efficiency.

You will perform thorough analyses of existing processes, develop future-state designs, and facilitate workshops to ensure all CI initiatives are aligned across departments. Leveraging your strong analytical skills, you’ll resolve complex issues and support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new systems. Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze existing financial operations for optimization

- Drive root-cause analysis and innovative solutions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or similar field
- 3-5 years of qualified experience in a relevant role

- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile is an asset
