• Analytics Supervisor, the Order Releases Planning Analyst plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are released efficiently and accurately to meet service level commitments while optimizing operational and logistics performance. This position serves as a critical liaison between Planning &

• Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, and Sales teams to support inventory flow, order fulfillment, and continuous process improvement. Lead and manage the sales order release process to support customer service objectives and operational efficiency. Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve order release workflows to enhance fill rates and operational performance. Coordinate rework packaging activities across operations teams. Create and coordinate transfer orders to replenish inventory between facilities.



Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, and Sales teams to support business objectives. Support the Planning &

• Analytics Supervisor with reporting, analysis, and ad hoc departmental initiative. Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. ~1-2 years of experience in planning, inventory management, scheduling, reporting, or a related supply chain function. ~ Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements. ~ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite. ~ Experience working with ERP systems (Pronto or similar) is an asset. ~ Familiarity with Power BI, Snowflake, Tableau, or other reporting and analytics tools is an asset. Primarily office-based with standard working hours. Flexibility in work hours may be required, including additional hours as needed to meet project deadlines or address urgent business needs. Minimal physical demands, primarily involving sitting, using a computer, and other office-related activities.
