Are you interested in joining one of Canada’s top-performing asset managers? We are looking for an Analyst, Analytics Quality to join our Process Engineering (PE) team. The ideal candidate is an individual contributor who takes ownership of the quality of our production analytics, and the continuous improvement of our processes.

Maintain and validate the accuracy of calculated analytics including performance, attribution, and risk values across multiple systems. Analyze data-quality exceptions and support timely resolution and signoff. Identify, mitigate, and elevate process risks.

Implement appropriate controls. An undergraduate degree in finance, data science, or a quantitative field. Completion of a relevant designation, such as the CFA or FRM, is an asset.

Experience in data management, business process design, asset management, or a similarly complex environment is an asset. You have deep knowledge of data management or investment analytics, are a systems thinker, and take ownership of your work. You have a proven track record of delivering quality data in a timely fashion.



You have practical experience with the tools and systems used in contemporary analytics pipelines.

Experience with Python, SQL, AI programming assistants (e.g. VisualCron, Prefect), and data platforms (e.g. Databricks, Microsoft Fabric) is an asset.

Experience developing AI solutions and programming (Python, SQL) is an asset. Identify, assess, and mitigate process risks, and elevate issues proactively when needed. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation for this position.
