Duties

- Diagnose appliance issues by analyzing electrical systems, mechanical components, and schematics to identify root causes.
- Perform repairs on various appliances, including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and HVAC units.
- Use schematics and technical manuals to guide troubleshooting and repair procedures accurately.
- Assemble or disassemble appliances as needed for repair or replacement of parts.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to prevent future breakdowns and extend appliance lifespan.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used,



and diagnostic findings for each service call.

Requirements

- Proven electrical experience with the ability to read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams.
- Solid mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair or related fields such as HVAC or assembly work.
- Familiarity with appliance components, systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and manage time effectively across multiple service calls.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to electrical systems and mechanical repairs.
- Preferred experience includes HVAC certification or background in appliance repair, along with familiarity with schematics and assembly processes.
