Introduction

Join our dynamic team in the transportation industry as an Application Developer Experience FullStack. We are looking for innovative and skilled professionals to enhance our application development capabilities and drive our digital transformation forward.

Must haves:

1. Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)

Hands-on administration of AD DS, including forest/domain design, FSMO roles, DNS, Kerberos (KRB5), and Group Policy.

2. Windows Server / Domain Controllers

Experience deploying, configuring, administering, and troubleshooting Windows Server domain controllers, preferably in cloud environments.

3. Google Cloud Platform (GCP/GCE)

Experience deploying and operating Windows Server domain controllers on Google Compute Engine (GCE), including multi-zone/high-availability configurations.

4. Infrastructure as Code

Working knowledge of Terraform and/or Ansible for repeatable, automated, and auditable infrastructure/environment builds.

5. Privileged Access Management

Experience with privileged access solutions such as CyberArk PSM, including secure administrative workflows.

6. Bastion / Brokered Administrative Access

Experience administering Windows environments through bastion hosts or broker-based privileged access, with an understanding of secure administrative access patterns.

Responsibilities – Active Directory / Windows Server Engineer

- Design, deploy, configure, and administer Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)



environments, including forests, domains, trusts, and organizational units.
- Manage FSMO roles, Active Directory replication, DNS, Kerberos authentication, and Group Policy.

- Deploy and operate Windows Server domain controllers on Google Cloud Platform (GCE).
- Design and maintain high-availability AD environments across multiple GCP zones.
- Monitor domain controllers and Active Directory services, identify issues, and perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

- Configure and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to support security, access, and system-management requirements.
- Implement and maintain secure administrative access using bastion hosts, brokered access, and privileged access management solutions such as CyberArk PSM.
- Develop and maintain Terraform and Ansible automation for repeatable, consistent, and auditable infrastructure deployments.

- Automate Windows Server and Active Directory configuration, provisioning, and operational tasks where appropriate.
- Troubleshoot DNS, Kerberos authentication, AD replication, domain-controller, and Group Policy issues.
- Support Active Directory upgrades, migrations, domain-controller replacements,



and infrastructure changes.

- Implement security controls and follow enterprise standards for privileged access and Windows/AD administration.
- Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams to resolve complex environment issues.
- Perform impact analysis, change implementation, testing, and post-change validation for AD and Windows infrastructure changes.

- Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and configuration standards.
- Participate in incident response, production support, and root-cause analysis (RCA) for Active Directory and Windows Server issues.
- Monitor system health, capacity, availability, and performance and proactively address recurring issues.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

1. CyberArk PSM / Privileged Access Management – Deeper hands-on experience implementing and troubleshooting CyberArk PSM.
2. GCP Multi-Zone AD Architecture – Experience designing highly available AD domain-controller architectures across multiple GCE zones.

3. Automation / IaC – Strong practical experience using Terraform and Ansible to automate Windows/AD infrastructure deployment and configuration.
