Application Specialist Support Are you passionate about helping people and solving problems? Join Centiro’s Vancouver team as an Application Specialist, Support and be the first point of contact for customers in need of help. You’ll investigate issues, provide explicit solutions, and ensure customers feel truly supported.
What You’ll Do
Respond to customer inquiries with empathy and accuracy
Identify and resolve issues — sometimes quickly, sometimes with in-depth troubleshooting
Work with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
Learn and use tools like APIs, monitoring systems, and support platforms
What We’re Looking For
Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn
Good communication skills & customer focus
Basic understanding of IT/technical tools (e.g. SQL, FTP/SFTP, ServiceNow or similar)
Someone proactive, responsible, and able to own issues from start to finish
