Your expertise in ingredient selection and formulation science will help drive recent product development across innovative brands like The Ordinary and NIOD. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, you will contribute to transforming scientific ideation into commercially viable products. Key Responsibilities:

- Research raw materials and cosmetic ingredients for effectiveness
- Collaborate with departments to enhance formulation robustness




- Manage selection of raw materials and active ingredients
- Develop proof-of-concept testing strategies with clinical teams
- Generate technical documents for internal and external alignment

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field
- 3+ years of topical application research experience
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic formulation and active ingredients
- Familiarity with GLP and GMP regulatory standards
- Practical problem-solving skills in formulations
