Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Appointment Booker to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing appointment scheduling, coordinating service visits, and ensuring a seamless experience for homeowners. Your proactive communication skills and mechanical knowledge will help drive customer satisfaction and support our commitment to delivering exceptional service in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

- Booking appointments with prospective and existing clients by phone, email, and other approved communication channels.
- Following up with clients to confirm scheduled appointments.
- Maintain accurate lead and appointment information.
- Providing professional and courteous customer service at all times.

What We're Looking For:




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with prospective customers.
- Friendly, professional, and confident telephone manner.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using computers, email, calendars, and basic CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, appointment setting, inside sales, or lead generation is an asset.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
